RECEPTIONIST
Warmly greets and assists visitors upon arrival. Answers phones, directs calls, takes messages, and provides information about Lighthouse services. Supports the team with light administrative tasks and small office projects as needed.
MENTOR
Mentors meet one-on-one with clients, offering care and compassion. They complete The Love Approach training from Heartbeat International, stay informed about all Lighthouse educational programs, and participate in annual refresher training.
RESOURCE DEPARTMENT
Organizes and cares for donated resources—including baby clothes, diapers, and other essentials—to keep the Resource Room stocked and welcoming. This vital role helps ensure families have what they need to thrive.
